These terms are an agreement between you and 3DPoly (3dpoly.fun, "3DPoly", "we"). By using 3DPoly you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Your account is your wallet: keep it safe. If you sign in with email, Google or X, Privy holds that wallet's keys for you; we never have them.
Credits
- Making videos and characters costs credits, which you buy with SOL or USDC. A build holds credits first and gives back what it didn't use; a build that fails is refunded.
- Credits only work on 3DPoly. They have no cash value and can't be sold, moved or cashed out, and bought credits aren't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
- Free videos and prices can change.
What you make
What you make on 3DPoly is yours, as far as the law allows for AI-made work. You let us store it, render it, and show it on 3DPoly (including Explore if you publish it), and post it where you ask us to. You're responsible for what you make and post.
Rules
- Nothing illegal, nothing sexual involving minors, no harassment, threats or hate.
- Only upload photos, sounds and pictures that are yours or that you have permission to use.
- Don't present a video of a real person as real footage, and don't use one to deceive, harass or defame anyone.
- Don't attack, overload or try to break into 3DPoly, or use it to get around another site's rules.
We can take down content and close accounts that break these rules.
Posting to Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
When you connect an account, you let 3DPoly post to it the videos you choose. We only post when you press Post. Each platform's own rules apply to what you post there, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Instagram's Terms of Use and TikTok's Terms of Service. You can disconnect any time; see our Privacy page.
Coins
- If you launch your character as a coin, it launches on pump.fun from your own wallet, and you are its creator. 3DPoly doesn't sell, buy or manage your coin.
- The coin's creator fees are split as shown before you launch. The split is locked on the blockchain at launch and can't be changed later.
- Coins are memecoins: they have no promised value, their price can go to zero, and nothing on 3DPoly is financial advice. You're responsible for following the law where you live.
No guarantees
3DPoly is provided as it is. AI can make mistakes, builds can fail, and the site can be down. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may change these terms. If we do, we update the date at the top; using 3DPoly after that means you accept them.
