What we keep, and why.
Last updated November 4, 2026
3DPoly (3dpoly.fun, "3DPoly", "we") lets you make 3D videos with AI, post them to your social accounts, and launch your character as a coin if you want to. This page says what we keep about you, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. Questions: [email protected].
What we keep
- Your account. Your account is a Solana wallet address. If you sign in with email, Google or X, Privy runs that sign-in and gives you a wallet; we get the wallet address, not your password.
- What you make. Your ideas, the plans and scenes written for them, your characters, your videos, and anything you add: photos you upload to turn into a character, pictures, sounds and voice recordings in the editor.
- Credits. Credits you buy and spend. Payments are Solana transactions, which are public on the blockchain.
- Coins. If you launch a coin: its name, ticker, picture and address. The coin and its details are public on the blockchain and on IPFS.
- Connected accounts. If you connect Instagram, YouTube or TikTok: the access key the platform gives us, your account ID and username, and the posts you made through 3DPoly. See Connected accounts.
- One cookie. A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No ads, no tracking cookies, no analytics.
- Logs. Our host and Cloudflare keep normal request logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the site running and safe.
What we use it for
To run your account, make your videos and characters, post where you ask us to, launch the coins you ask us to, charge and refund credits, and stop abuse. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for ads.
Who helps us run 3DPoly
These services handle data for us, only to do their part:
- Railway (hosting) and Cloudflare (network).
- Privy (sign-in with email, Google or X, and the wallet that comes with it).
- OpenRouter and the AI models it reaches, including Anthropic's Claude: they write and build your videos and read your photos to make characters from them.
- ElevenLabs: it voices the lines the people in your video say (it gets the words of those lines, nothing about you).
- Pinata and IPFS (coin pictures and details), Solana and pump.fun (payments and coin launches).
- Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, when you post to them.
What other people can see
Videos and characters you publish have their own links that anyone can open, and they may appear on Explore. Coins and payments are public on the blockchain.
Connected accounts
You can connect an Instagram, YouTube or TikTok account so 3DPoly can post your videos there. We only post when you press Post, and only the video you picked, with the caption and settings you chose. We don't read your other posts, messages, followers or comments.
- Instagram (permissions
instagram_business_basicandinstagram_business_content_publish): your username and account ID, and publishing your Reels. - YouTube: 3DPoly uses YouTube API Services. We upload the videos you post and read your channel's name and the upload's status. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- TikTok: your display name and avatar, the posting options TikTok offers for your account, and publishing your videos with the settings you pick.
To stop it, press Disconnect on your Account page; we delete that account's access key right away. You can also take access back on the platform itself: Google at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, Instagram under Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites, TikTok under Settings and privacy > Security > Apps and services.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] with your wallet address and ask us to delete your data. We may ask you to sign a short message with that wallet to show it's yours. Within 30 days we delete your account, your videos, characters, uploads, connected-account keys and history. Things on the blockchain or IPFS (payments, coins) can't be deleted by anyone, and we may keep payment records the law asks us to keep.
To delete only what came from Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, press Disconnect on your Account page, or take access back on the platform as shown above. Either way we delete the access key; ask us by email to delete the list of posts too.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is in use. Connected-account keys are deleted when you disconnect or when the platform tells us access ended.
Age
3DPoly is for people 18 and older.
